Customer satisfaction is our priority!

As a partner in your operational efficiency, the AREAL team is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of its customers. This is why, in 2022, we launched a major survey focused on the appreciation of the support service. Here is a look at the results.

The objectives were clear: to measure customer satisfaction with the support service offered and to highlight areas for improvement. In 2019, Covid-19 considerably changed our internal organisation: teleworking was required. AREAL then decided to reorganise the management of support requests and to improve their traceability and follow-up.

Many of you participated and we thank you! We have registered more than 500 responses to date, with an overall result of : 

97% customer satisfaction rate with AREAL support service

In detail, this analysis was conducted on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Quality of answers 
  • Response time 
  • Friendliness/listening to the interlocutor 
  • Time to solve the problem
