Adding, modifying or deleting an alarm handled by the remote alarm engine is therefore also very simple. An integrated remote alarm notification management provides a coherent system that guarantees the uniqueness of data and modifications, and access to all the information in the supervision application.

The operator has interfaces integrated into the supervision application, dedicated to remote alarm management and accessible during operations. Schedule and derogation management, temporary replacement of an agent, unavailability of an agent, etc. All interfaces are native to the supervision application, without the need to use and manage these elements in a second software package. Operator management is centralised and unique. All actions linked to the remote alarm engine are traced in the Topkapi application in views identical to those for alarm management.
